Valle del Elqui, ChileThe Titon Vineyard Syrah is a fascinating contrast to the Gran Reserva. More restrained and polished, it leads with ripe brambles, crushed rock, and floral perfume, over the savoury, meaty intensity of the latter. And it has the structure and fruit concentration to easily improve over the next 5-7 years. It feels like this could truly only come from Elqui.
