Champagne Mandois Blanc de Noirs 2018
Vallée de la Marne, Champagne, FranceChampagne Mandois is one of the larger organic growers in champagne, founded in 1735. This BdN of pinot noir comes entirely from the village of Pierry, in Côteaux sud d’Epernay, in the Vallée de la Marne. It was fermented and aged 80% in stainless, and 2% in oak, and after 4 years sur lattes was dosed with 6 g/L. Rainier and white cherry, raspberry blossom, toasted meringue is dusted with chalk and kissed with licorice, with a lingering cherry blossom echo. Smart and tidy, drinking well now.Tasted: 15 September 2026Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:| ON | $82.95 | 750ml | LCBO |
