Blue Grouse Pinot Gris 2025

Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaRooted in Vancouver Island's Cowichan Valley, Blue Grouse has embraced the landscape's ancient seabeds, volcanic, and seismic activity, glaciers, and Mediterranean-like climate, where slow, even ripening preserves acidity. The '25 Gris blends estate grapes with fruit from nearby Enrico, Saison, and Deol vineyards, each vinified separately to explore site character. Fermented and aged in concrete (67%), French oak (20%), and stainless steel (13%), the result is a fresh white and green fruit wine with bright precision and subtle richness. Seriously, pinot gris and very food friendly.Tasted: 21 September 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
