Black Sage Gravel Bar, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaConsistency is always appreciated, and this introductory Pinot is very similar to the previous version. The colour is a medium, pale red. The nose offers an inviting scent of raspberry and cranberry, complemented by garden florals. The palate is fresh, with a blend of ripe and tart fruit, baking spices, black tea, and soy.
