Phantom Creek Estates Cabernet Franc Phantom Blanc 2025

Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada2025 marked the inaugural white cabernet franc release at Phantom Creek. It is a clever, if a bit unconventional, expression of the grape. That said, we would guess this is going to be a hit with consumers desperate for something different, and a white cabernet franc fits the bill. Technically, the wine is pressed off its skins on arrival at the winery to prevent any colour bleeding into the wine. After that, it is treated like a white wine, fermented cool, and aged in stainless steel. Look for an aromatic nose with lifted notes of orange and lime. The fruit is fresh, with tropical highlights including guava, papaya, and pineapple, plus some citrus skin bitterness for balance. A great start.Tasted: 20 August 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
