Moraine Cabernet Franc 2022

Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMoraine continues to do a fine job with cabernet franc that seems to flourish on the Naramata Bench on the edge of coolness. The fruit comes from a mix of two vineyards: the home estate, Anastasia Vineyard; and the nearby Garagan Vineyard. The nose is fragrant with cool cedar, soya, and fresh raspberry. The palate is alive with juicy black fruit streaked with sagebrush and spice. Youthful and punchy at the moment, but this will age nicely for three to five more years in the bottle. If you open it now, pair it with grilled beef or a mushroom fall dish.Tasted: 25 August 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
