Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Home Vineyard on the Osoyoos East Bench, this viognier was destemmed and whole berry pressed, fermented cool in 2000L stainless with no MLF, until bottling the following spring. Fleshy peach, apricot, pear butter is lit with ginger spicing on a creamy medium+ core, and finishes with a snappy pithy tangerine.
