South Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSimes Vineyard is a cool, sheltered lakeside vineyard, yielding a delicate, restrained, elegant nose and a wine that leaks minerality from front to back. Look for a bright citrus demeanour with crystalline lime, lime blossom, orange, tangerine, white blossoms, and chalk. Simes Vineyard is a steep, north facing vineyard whose granite soils lie just a few kilometres south of the 50°N mark, and traditionally is the last picked at Martin's Lane. The Alsace clone 49 vineyard is certified Ecocer.
