Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom their estate vineyard's Lincoln Lakeshore limestone laced glacial till, and leading winemaker Kelly Mason, this organically grown chardonnay was whole cluster pressed before a native ferment and rest in French oak over 18 months. Flickers of reduction open this powerful chardonnay, woven amidst green apple, meyer lemon, hazelnut, and crushed stone. There's a lovely firm structure boning this structural white, one that lingers on the lemon kissed finish.
