Ascoli Piceno, Marche, ItalyOris is an organic blend of Trebbiano, Pecorino, and Passerina, grown in the towns of Offida and Acquaviva Picena, in Marche's Ascoli Piceno province at 300m. This was native fermented in stainless, and left to settle on lees for 4 months. Ripe white peach, tangerine, ripe pear, and apricot pith flood a juicy, creamy palate, finishing with a saline, pithy grapefruit snap.
