Montagne de Reims, Champagne, FranceArnaud Margaine is 5th generation winegrower in the Montagne de Reims, overseeing their sustainable vineyards. This Special Club comes entirely from 1er cru Villiers-Murmery's clay limestone soils. It was fermented in stainless and 40% barrels, with no MLF, before going to bottle and minimum 66 months sur lattes. This Special Club bottling was disgorged October 2024, with 8 g/L. Pouring a bright shining yellow hue, this lures with vanilla wafer, meyer lemon, and chalk dust, which continues and magnifies on the deep palate, suavely shaped and curved by the aforementioned chalk, which lingers long on the finish. 3680 bottles produced.Tasted: 24 August 2026Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:| AB | $155.00 | 750ml |
