East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe '23 Aspect is a selection of Block 1 and Block 3 from the CedarCreek Home Block Vineyard on the South Kelowna Slopes. Block 1 brings floral freshness, while Block 3 is more citrus driven. It is wild fermented, yielding an intense, concentrated nose of white flowers, citrus, and honey, with a long, linear orange peel finish. The fruit is handpicked days apart, the grapes are whole bunch pressed and naturally fermented in neutral oak and concrete, then aged six months on lees to build texture, mouthfeel, and generosity.
