Established by the Serwo family in the early 1970s, it benefits from cool morning sun and afternoon shade, making it an ideal site for riesling. It is another example of how versatile the Okanagan is, in this case producing a sweet and savoury riesling. Look for a vibrant Kabinett-inspired style, balancing ripe citrus and peach with low alcohol and bright acidity. At 45 grams per litre, this is easily suited to spicy foods. Quite a different profile, with baked yellow apple, apricot blossom, white melon, and a sharp citrus twist on the finish.
