Lake Chelan, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesOne of their 2024 replacement / CIBC wines, under the Confiscated label, this pinot noir rosé comes from southern Washington's Lake Chelan. After sorting at the WA winery, the fruit was pressed whole berry up in Osoyoos, with 2 hours skin contact, before a cool ferment in stainless with no MLF, where it remained until bottling. Ripe and round, with strawberry jam, raspberry seed, and crab apple, with a glycerol slicked base finishing with a bitter cherry bite. Though dry, and only 13.5%, this finishes with a puff of heat. Take well chilled.Tasted: 21 July 2026Tasted by: Prices:

Lake Chelan, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesA fairly simple rosé, with much more richness and ripeness than you typically expect from pinot noir. It pours a deep pink colour, with red cherry, strawberry, and a leafy herbal note. I would serve with an ice cube or two.Tasted: 28 June 2026Tasted by: Prices:
