This has all the South Okanagan benchmarks, including phenolic ripeness, cedar, tobacco leaf and savoury desert herb notes, with a pleasing jolt of juicy plummy, mineral fruit. Supple and spicy, you can drink this now with some grilled lamb, or cellar it through 2028.
