Louis Jadot Bourgogne Pinot Noir Couvent des Jacobins 2023

Burgundy, FranceFrom one of the largest negociants running Bourgogne, this was sourced from a blend of Côte d'Or, Saone et Loire (Mercurey, Buxy), and Irancy. The different growers harvest and ferment their wines before the blend, which is aged in barrel and stainless up to 16 months. Black raspberry and cherry glide along a super silky palate, with near negligible tannins, and just a slight stickiness pinning in the sides of this soft, easy pinot.
