Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis aspirational traditional method blanc de noirs is entirely pinot noir, from the heavy clay soils of Twenty Mile Bench. The whole cluster fruit was fermented in stainless, and spent 24 months sur latte prior to disgorged in March 2026, with 6.8 g/L. Pouring a pale pink hue, this high acid pink streaks across the palate with early strawberries, grapefruit peel, and crushed florals, finishing with a citrus twist.
