Industry veterans Vice President Christa-Lee McWatters and winemaker Karen Yeung are transforming the Osoyoos-based winery, located just north of the US border, into a real player. The Chardonnay grapes are sourced from Hollenbach Family Vineyards in Naramata. You can expect a very clean, fresh style with minimal oak influence, emphasizing pineapple, coconut water, and ripe orchard fruits, and a palate of juicy apple, green peach, and pear streaked with Okanagan sage, fennel, and sagebrush.
