Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis estate cabernet franc opens with black cherry, spice, cracked pepper, and violets. The palate is medium weight, with savoury, fresh red fruits led by plums, streaked with anise and earth, and with youthful, refined tannins. Hand picked on the east side of Osoyoos Lake, it is destemmed and gently extracted for colour and flavour. Best with grilled pork, sausage pasta, roasted chicken or piri-piri-dishes.
