Piedmont, Italy30ish year old arneis vines from the centre of Roero, Santo Stefano Roero, are harvested and pressed cool, see no MLF and rested in stainless steel, with a portion of the natural CO₂ retained for a subtle lift. Light lemon, subtle quince, meadow herbs streams across the palate, with fine stony spice and ample buzzy minerality.
