The 2023 BdB is produced from a single block of vines that were ten years old at harvest. After a gentle pressing, the juice undergoes fermentation in seasoned puncheons and barriques, following the Champagne method. It offers a creamy sparkle with aromas and flavours of green apple and freshly squeezed lemon. This pure, complex wine finishes with a residual sugar of 4 grams per litre.
