Sunnybrae Siegerrebe 2025
Shuswap, British Columbia, CanadaSiegerrebe is another early-ripening grape that makes highly aromatic white wine. It is a cross between madeleine angevine and gewürztraminer, developed in Germany in 1929 by Dr. Georg Scheu. The 2025 is intensely aromatic, with peach, lychee, and tropical fruit that help liven up its low acid, high sugar makeup. You could easily mistake this for an Alsace wine. Well made and pure, it pairs best with spicy foods to offset its sweet notes.Tasted: 21 June 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:| BC | $22.50 | 750ml | winery online/direct |
