Sordo Langhe Nebbiolo 2023
Piedmont, ItalySordo is now 4 generations deep in Barolo, established by Giuseppe Sordo at the beginning of the twentieth century. This Langhe Nebbiolo was fermented in stainless, and aged 9 months in large Slavonian casks. Perfumed cherry, wild raspberry, crushed florals glide through this softer, fragrant red, with long, fine tannins gently framing, and easy stony acidity to buoy. A pretty, friendly, and very smart welcoming introduction to nebbiolo and Piemonte.
