Sacred Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2025
Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandI haven't tasted this wine in 16 years. Expect a bright, varietally expressive sauvignon with classic Marlborough markers led by lime and passionfruit. The palate is silky, dry, and zesty, driven by fresh, ripe passionfruit and silky pineapple, lined with citrus and tropical fruit, with the obligatory fresh, acidic finish, but with balance. Perfect for asparagus season or a goat cheese pizza. Sacred Hill is Hawke’s Bay based, with a Marlborough fruit focus for the sauvignon blanc. An easy sipping, cut above the rest.Tasted: 10 June 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:| BC | $22.99 | 750ml | select private retailers |
