The wine is whole cluster pressed and wild fermented in concrete and stainless steel. It has electric acidity and freshness right off the top, stimulating your palate with adventurous herbaceous, grassy, honeysuckle, lemon zest, and nettle that present with concrete aged richness. The alcohol is in check at 13.2%, and the finish is bone dry, making you salivate for more.
