Langhe, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyFrom estate fruit across the hills of the Langhe, this was fermented in stainless, and finished in French barriques (1/3 new), where it underwent MLF and remained 8 months with extensive lees contact. Ripe creamy lemon, lemon curd, white peach, and popcorn are woven across the medium+ palate, cushioned with lees and framed with toasty wood spices.
