Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileOvorra is overseen by Chilean winemaker Ximena EcheverrÃa, and her new project focuses on representing a single grape from a single region in a friendly and straightforward way. Here we're looking at pinot noir from Casablanca, with strawberry jam, branch, and subtle smoke. Tannins are silky and near negligible, letting the soft palate slip along to the bitter coffee finish.
