Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their home vineyard on the Osoyoos East Bench, and its sandy silica / granite soils, this solo marsanne was destemmed and whole berry pressed cool in 2000L stainless, where it remained with no MLF until bottling the following spring. Perfumed peach, nectarine, fragrant orange blossoms, and ginger roll through the fuller bodied, lightly waxen palate, finishing with more candied ginger and white pepper spicing.
