Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA rare solo expression of marsanne in British Columbia and a departure from the winery's traditional Rhône blends. The nose opens with orange blossom and pear skin with hints of butterscotch. The entry is round with oily orange marmalade, melon, and complexing light bitter almond. The richness is offset by a run of acid keeping the finish fresh. A little Rhône-y, this would be a fabulous wine for vegetable cuisine or even some spicy Asian dishes.
