Montalto Estate Chardonnay 2022
Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, AustraliaOwned by the Mitchell family since 1997, Montalto's Mornington Peninsula estate has 30 acres of vines, plus widespread seasonal, heirloom produce is grown in their gardens and orchards to supply their oeno-tourism kitchens. This was native fermented, and aged in French oak. Crunchy green apple, lemon verbena, thistle sing through this bright chardonnay, with easy coastal acidity to lift, and kisses of flintiness to charm.
