The winery today is in the hands of the 5th generation. This rarely seen traditional method (metodo classico) lambrusco is from the lambrusco di sorbara grape, the most fragrant and delicate of the lambrusco family. Pouring a deeper pink rose hue, this serious bubble charms with crushed florals, wild strawberry, red liquorice and ample flake salts on a dry, brisk palate, lashed with bergamot, which lingers on the finish.
