Trentino- Alto-Adige, ItalyFrom the high altitude slopes of Alto Adige comes this powerful and unexpected sauvignon blanc, farmed organically and biodynamically, and from grapes up to 36 years. It was native fermented in large format stainless steel (60%) and neutral oak, with no MLF, where it remained 6 months. Smoky and smouldering, with crushed stones, tangerine, ash, and lemon pith and peel. Riveting tension throughout the stony finish.
