Hester Creek Rosé Pinot Noir 2025
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Hester Creek pink is more like a light red raspberry colour. Clone 777 pinot noir is the sole grape here, and it is cold fermented to what they term "absolute dryness" before spending a short month on its lees for a bit of texture and complexity. The attack is a mix of lemon and raspberry with bright acidity.
