Hester Creek Riesling 2025
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSouth Okanagan growers supplied the grapes for the 2025 edition of this riesling. It spent 36 days in a cool stainless steel fermentation tank, then two months aging in tank before bottling. Expect ripe apple and melon on a rounded palate, with a touch of honey and spice. At 8 grams per litre of residual sugar, it falls just into the off-dry category.
