Fort Berens Small Lot Grüner Veltliner 2025
Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaLike 2021, this Grüner is super fresh and lean. The nose and palate offer up reserved versions of tangerine, kiwi, lime, and dry grass. The acidity is obvious but balanced by the wine's finish. What a refreshing drink, and one you can serve with most any shellfish, from raw oysters to a chopped scallop sushi roll. This Small Lot, with extended lees contact, is made from a very small batch of hand picked, estate grown Red Rock Vineyard grapes from a select block, picked after a long, slow ripening period.
