Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaThis is a well balanced late harvest riesling that makes excellent use of the freshness of Lillooet to tame the sweetness in this wine. The nose is a mix of apricot jam, honey, baked apples and sweet lime juice that comes together to present the taster with a wine you can sip or pair with a favourite fruit dessert that should always be a touch less sweet than the wine.
