Chablis, Burgundy, FranceCeline Gueguen comes from Chablis' iconic Brocard family, where she and husband Frederic worked closely with her father for 13 years, prior to starting their own family domaine in 2013. Based in Pretty, the couple works 23 ha of vineyards in Chablis and Grand Auxerrois. This 1er cru comes from Fourchaume's kimmeridgian limestone and clay soils, and vines of 40 years. Big lees, lemon curd, green apple has a subtle candied lemon kiss, and big stony spice that lingers on the finish.
