CedarCreek Platinum Pinot Noir Rosé 2025

South Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2025 Platinum South Kelowna Slopes Rosé returns using estate grown Okanagan fruit after the previous two harvests heavily affected by winter damage. Produced at the estate Home Block vineyard, it is made entirely from hand harvested pinot noir, with foot treading as a notable method. Fermentation occurs in both stainless steel and concrete, giving it an appealing pale Provençal pink colour. Strawberries, white flowers, wet stone, and citrus lead to a glass of fresh, bone dry wine with delicate red fruit, finishing with a mineral touch. It is tight, savoury, food friendly, and features a firm mineral line throughout the finish. This serious pink is ready to drink and pairs well with sautéed prawns.Tasted: 26 June 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
