CedarCreek Platinum Pinot Noir Rosé 2025

South Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2025 Platinum South Kelowna Slopes Rosé returns, made from estate-grown Okanagan fruit after the previous two harvests were heavily affected by winter damage. Produced at the estate’s Home Block vineyard, it is made entirely from hand-harvested Pinot Noir, with foot-treading as a notable method. Fermentation occurs in both stainless steel and concrete, yielding an appealing pale Provençal pink colour. Strawberries, white flowers, wet stone, and citrus lead to a glass of fresh, bone-dry wine with delicate red fruit, finishing with a mineral touch. It is tight, savoury, food-friendly, and features a firm mineral line throughout the finish. This serious pink is ready to drink and pairs well with sautéed prawns.Tasted: 26 June 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
