Castelnuovo Berardenga, Siena, Tuscany, ItalyCastell'in Villa is a historic Chianti Classico estate, run by Princess Coralia Pignatelli della Leonessa since 1968, situated in Castelnuovo Berardenga. Baked cherry, tomato leaf, raspberry leather, saddle, espresso still shows sangiovese's bright acidity and red fruit, with sueded, sticky, ample tannins drawing this out to a baking spiced finish.
