Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Burrowing Owl Rosé 2025 is very much a Provence style dry rosé. It's 99% Cabernet Franc with 1% Malbec for colour. Look for a fun pink with ripe wild strawberry and pink grapefruit. The palate is just off-dry, allowing it to pair with a wide range of dishes, including lightly spiced dishes.
