Bailly-LaPierre Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut NV
Burgundy, FranceCo.op Bailly Lapiere is one of the major producers of Crémant in Bourgogne, and a couple hundred growers contributed to this Rosé cuvée. This blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay was fermented separately in stainless, with full MLF, before 16 months sur lattes. My bottle was disgorged fall 2025. Pouring a pretty deep cerise hue, with ample strawberry jam, orange marmalade, and perfumed cherry, textured with a wide, frothy mousse, and finishing dryish with an orange twist.
