Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNaramata Bench fruit was sourced from the Fleet Road estate vineyard, with additional contributions from Flaherty, Madsen, Riccio, and Rubis family vineyards. The residual sugar level has been reduced to just under 7 g/L and seems to disappear in the more precise '25 style. I love the mix of juicy pears and apricots, with citrus and apples for support, that finishes dry. The winery suggests you serve it with mushroom risotto or grilled prawns.
