Seven Directions Pinot Noir Rosé 2025

Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Seven Directions rosés are produced by the Bottega Wine Studio in the Similkameen Valley. Winemaker Daniel Bontorin has created several versions over the past decade but is now based in the Similkameen, where he and his partner Kristine established a winery. The 2025 is made entirely from pinot noir. Its color is subtly Provençal, with strawberry and orange. The nose is sweeter than the taste, which ends dry with a hint of citrus rind bitterness that balances the wine. The fruit comes from multiple vineyards in the Similkameen Valley, as well as from the Bottega estate. It undergoes two hours of skin contact before a cool fermentation in stainless steel and 30% French oak.Tasted: 17 May 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
