Seven Directions Grenache Rosé Solum Rosa Estate 2025
Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGrenache has long been a star among Mediterranean rosés, and increasingly it is playing a similar role in the wild and windy Similkameen Valley. It's the delicate style you pay for here. Winemaker Daniel Bontorin has given us equally compelling examples of this style in years past, but this is the first we have seen from the Similkameen, and it's delicious. Barely there strawberry, pomegranate, and white flowers linger on a textured palate of chalky minerality and bright acidity. It's a serious rosé with complexity, length and aging potential. Drink or hold.Tasted: 17 May 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:| BC | $42.00 | 750ml | winery online/direct, select private retailers, restaurants |
