Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHand harvested from the Summerland estate, the grapes are destemmed and pressed into a 45/55 split of neutral barrels and stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic conversion adds little softness, leaving the acidity bright and intact. Once dismissed as the poor man's Chardonnay, this is a lemon fresh white built for seafood. Even better, $1 from every bottle sold goes to Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
