Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is a much more elevated version of rosé, displaying the finesse and charm of Lunessence. The colour is pale onion skin, and the nose is a fragrant Provençal perfume of strawberries and watermelon. The palate is a muted version of the nose, with slippery sides and a long, delicious finish. The blend is merlot and syrah, foot-trodden and aged in neutral oak and stainless steel. Ready to drink, but its delicate nature suggests serving it with simple dishes that won't overwhelm the fruit.
