Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA streamlined electric style of sauvignon with a mix of citrus pith, green mango, and crushed rocks. There is a light herbal tone throughout as the acid rises and takes control of the finish. Terroir driven, this is a wine for sauvignon fans, though it tends to be a bit more Euro-style than New Zealand.
