The nose is a mix of cherry blossoms and nectarine, while on the palate, fresh red fruit floods the mouth. The grapes underwent gentle extraction through foot treading, with brief skin contact before a light press. Fermentation follows the single or ancestral method, taking place in the bottle on its lees for five months.
