Cawston, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLiber’s '25 Rosé is crafted from organic pinot noir grown along the shores of the Similkameen River east of Cawston. The west facing slope has yielded a fuller bodied style this year, with sweet strawberries, pink grapefruit, and raspberry compote. It is best served well chilled and enjoyed more like a Provençal rosé than a Tavel rosé.
